为了解麦瓶草的染色体数目和染色体核型特点,以麦瓶草的根尖为材料,采用常规压片法,观察其染色体数目并进行核型分析。结果表明：麦瓶草的染色体数目为2 n =20,核型公式为2n=2x=6m+4st,其中第1、2、6、7对为亚端部着丝粒染色体,第3、4、5、8、9、10对为中部着丝粒染色体。核型分类为基本对称型的2A 型。

In order to know well chromosome number and karyotype characteristics of silene conoidea,Ob-servation of chromosome number and karyotype analysis of silene conoidea were carried out by conventional pressed disc method making root tips as materials.It indicated that:the chromosome number of Silene conoidea was 2n=20;the karyotype formula were 2n=2x=6m+4st,with 6 pairs of metacentric chromo-somes (3,4,5,8,9,10)and 4 pairs of subterminal centromere chromosomes (1,2,6,7);The karyo-type belongs to 2A,presented a ultimately symmetry karyotype.
