目的：食道癌患者护理中全程优质护理的临床应用。方法本文选取我院2013年11月～2015年2月收治的52例食道癌患者，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用全程优质护理，对比两组患者护理前后心理状态得分情况、并发症发生率以及护理满意度结果。结果两组患者护理前后的心理状态得分情况结果对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时不同护理干预措施实施后，实验组患者的心理状态（焦虑、抑郁）评分结果分别是（29.00±5.02）分和（29.30±6.30）分，和对照组的心理状态（焦虑、抑郁）评分结果对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论食道癌患者采用优质护理后可以改善患者的心理不良情绪，有效降低不良病症发生率，使病情得到有效控制。
목적：식도암환자호리중전정우질호리적림상응용。방법본문선취아원2013년11월～2015년2월수치적52례식도암환자，장기수궤분위실험조화대조조，대조조채용상규호리，실험조채용전정우질호리，대비량조환자호리전후심리상태득분정황、병발증발생솔이급호리만의도결과。결과량조환자호리전후적심리상태득분정황결과대비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。동시불동호리간예조시실시후，실험조환자적심리상태（초필、억욱）평분결과분별시（29.00±5.02）분화（29.30±6.30）분，화대조조적심리상태（초필、억욱）평분결과대비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론식도암환자채용우질호리후가이개선환자적심리불량정서，유효강저불량병증발생솔，사병정득도유효공제。
Objective Esophageal cancer patient care in the clinical application of high quality nursing care. Methods 52 cases of patients with esophageal cancer were chosen in November 2013 to February 2015, it were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group using conventional nursing, the experimental group adopts high quality nursing care, compared two groups of patients psychological status before and after nursing score situation, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction results. Results Two groups of patients with nursing before and after the results of psychological state scores of differences statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Different nursing intervention measures implemented at the same time, the experimental group patients' mental state, anxiety, depression score results are respectively (29.00±5.02) and (29.30 ±6.30) points, and psychological state in the control group (anxiety, depression) score results comparison difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with esophageal cancer after high quality nursing care can improve the patient's psychological feelings, effectively reduce the incidence of adverse conditions, control the disease effectively.
