以教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”为指导，创新办学体制机制，以校企合作为平台，以职业岗位能力为主线，基于工作过程的课程体系为切入点，制定了以突出职业能力和职业素养的“课程体系、技能大赛、职业认证”三位一体的人才培养方案，着力提高学生的工程意识、实践能力和工程素质，并获得技师职业资质或技师职称的潜力后备技师，培养一批综合素质全面，行业一流的高级技能型应用人才。

이교육부“탁월공정사교육배양계화”위지도，창신판학체제궤제，이교기합작위평태，이직업강위능력위주선，기우공작과정적과정체계위절입점，제정료이돌출직업능력화직업소양적“과정체계、기능대새、직업인증”삼위일체적인재배양방안，착력제고학생적공정의식、실천능력화공정소질，병획득기사직업자질혹기사직칭적잠력후비기사，배양일비종합소질전면，행업일류적고급기능형응용인재。
This article with the ministry of education "outstanding engineers training plan" as the guidance, the school system and mechanism innovation, in university-enterprise cooperation platform, with professional post ability as the main line, based on the working process of the curriculum system as the breakthrough point, to highlight the professional ability and professional quality of the curriculum system, skills contest, professional certification "of the trinity of the talent training scheme, to enhance the students' engineering consciousness, practical ability and engineering quality, and get a technician vocational qualification or technician potential backup technician, cultivate a group of overall quality, comprehensive industry first-class high-level technical application talented person.
