目的：研究对腹泻患儿应用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗的临床疗效以及对其免疫功能的影响作用。方法选取96例腹泻患儿作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均先进行常规治疗，然后给予观察组双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗，给予对照组蒙脱石散治疗。结果治疗后，观察组的治疗总有效率（97.92%）高于对照组（87.50%），且P＜0.05；另外，观察组患儿的免疫功能指标均高于对照组，且P＜0.05。结论小儿腹泻采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗的方法能有效缓解患儿的临床症状，疗效显著，还能提高患儿机体免疫功能。

목적：연구대복사환인응용쌍기삼련활균편연합몽탈석산치료적림상료효이급대기면역공능적영향작용。방법선취96례복사환인작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조。량조균선진행상규치료，연후급여관찰조쌍기삼련활균편연합몽탈석산치료，급여대조조몽탈석산치료。결과치료후，관찰조적치료총유효솔（97.92%）고우대조조（87.50%），차P＜0.05；령외，관찰조환인적면역공능지표균고우대조조，차P＜0.05。결론소인복사채용쌍기삼련활균편연합몽탈석산치료적방법능유효완해환인적림상증상，료효현저，환능제고환인궤체면역공능。
Objective To study the application of diarrhea probiotics sheet joint montmorillonite powder in treating clinical efficacy and the influence of their immune function. Methods 96 cases of diarrhea were selected for the study were randomly divided into two groups and the control group. The two groups were the ifrst conventional treatment, and then give the observation group probiotics sheet joint montmorillonite powder, montmorillonite powder treatment administered to the control group. Results After the treatment, the observation group total effective rate (97.92%) was signiifcantly higher (87.50%), and P<0.05, in addition, indicators of immune function in children with the observation group were higher, and P<0.05. Conclusion Children with diarrhea using probiotics sheet joint montmorillonite Scatter treatment can effectively relieve symptoms in children, a significant effect, but also improve immune function in children.
