近几年来，随着我国高职教育规模的迅速扩张，逐渐发现很多问题，其中最主要问题之一就是高职院校的人才培养尚不能完全适应社会市场需求，因此，需要建立以就业为导向的人才培养模式成为提升高职人才培养质量的重要途径。本文简单阐述了几种以就业为导向的人才培养模式特点，并对以就业为导向的人才培养模式提出了几点对策，以期对高职院校人才培养质量的提高有所帮助。
近幾年來，隨著我國高職教育規模的迅速擴張，逐漸髮現很多問題，其中最主要問題之一就是高職院校的人纔培養尚不能完全適應社會市場需求，因此，需要建立以就業為導嚮的人纔培養模式成為提升高職人纔培養質量的重要途徑。本文簡單闡述瞭幾種以就業為導嚮的人纔培養模式特點，併對以就業為導嚮的人纔培養模式提齣瞭幾點對策，以期對高職院校人纔培養質量的提高有所幫助。
근궤년래，수착아국고직교육규모적신속확장，축점발현흔다문제，기중최주요문제지일취시고직원교적인재배양상불능완전괄응사회시장수구，인차，수요건립이취업위도향적인재배양모식성위제승고직인재배양질량적중요도경。본문간단천술료궤충이취업위도향적인재배양모식특점，병대이취업위도향적인재배양모식제출료궤점대책，이기대고직원교인재배양질량적제고유소방조。
In recent years, as a result of the rapid expansion of the scale of higher vocational education in our country, gradually found a lot of problems, one of the main problems in higher vocational colleges is one of the talent training is not fully adapt to the social market demand, therefore, need to set up employment oriented talents training mode is one important way of improving the quality of higher vocational talents training. This article simply expounds the several employment oriented training mode characteristics, and the training mode of employment oriented puts forward some countermeasures, in order to help to promote the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
