做好军队医学院校人员出国学习、交流及培训，对于提高军队医学院校的高等教育水平，以及国际竞争力有着重要作用。本文对本校2011－2014年出国人员的有关情况回顾及总结，对该阶段工作取得的成效总结，对存在的问题归纳，并针对加强军队院校人员出国管理工作提出相关建议。

Good management on the staffs and faculty in military medical universities studying and academ-ic exchanges abroad has good effects on improving the educational level and international competitiveness of the mil-itary medical universities.The article focuses on the feedbacks by the Second Military Medical University personnel after their overseas experience from 2011 to 2014.The achievements are summarized, and the problems existing were concluded in the article.Finally, some suggestions were given to improve the above management.
