目的：分析绝经后妇女节育器部分嵌顿取环术中药物的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月～2014年9月我院收治的50例绝经后节育器部分嵌顿的妇女为观察对象，随机分成对照组与实验组，对照组不采用任何药物治疗，实验组术前采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗，观察两组妇女取环术的成功率。结果对照组的手术成功率为56%，实验组的手术成功率为92%，对照组手术成功率低于实验组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在绝经后妇女节育器部分嵌顿取环术中采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇进行治疗，疗效显著，手术成功率高。
목적：분석절경후부녀절육기부분감돈취배술중약물적응용효과。방법선취2013년1월～2014년9월아원수치적50례절경후절육기부분감돈적부녀위관찰대상，수궤분성대조조여실험조，대조조불채용임하약물치료，실험조술전채용미비사동배오미색전렬순치료，관찰량조부녀취배술적성공솔。결과대조조적수술성공솔위56%，실험조적수술성공솔위92%，대조조수술성공솔저우실험조（P＜0.05），차이구유통계학의의。결론재절경후부녀절육기부분감돈취배술중채용미비사동배오미색전렬순진행치료，료효현저，수술성공솔고。
Objective Analysis of post-menopausal women IUD incarcerated take part in a drug ring intraoperative application effect. Methods 50 cases of postmenopausal women incarcerated IUD partially observed object from January 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and the control group did not take any medication, patients in the experimental group before using mifepristone and misoprostol treatment were observed women take part in the success rate of surgery. Results Successful operation of the control group was 56%, surgery in the experimental group's success rate was 92%in the control group, the success rate was signiifcantly lower than the experimental group (P<0.05), a statistically signiifcant difference. Conclusion In postmenopausal women incarcerated IUD part intraoperative use of mifepristone and misoprostol for treatment, a signiifcant effect, high success rate.
