目的:观察鼻咽癌和鼻咽黏膜炎性组织中microRNA-200a( miR-200a)的表达变化,分析其与鼻咽癌发生发展的关系。方法取鼻咽癌组织39例(观察组)、鼻咽黏膜炎性组织12例(对照组)。采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测两组miR-200a表达,比较不同临床病理参数(包括年龄、性别、T分期、N分期、临床分期)的鼻咽癌患者miR-200a表达差异。结果观察组和对照组miR-200a的相对表达量分别为0.539±0.281、0.744±0.358,观察组较对照组明显下降( P<0.05)。鼻咽癌组织中miR-200a表达:T3、T4期低于T1、T2期,N2、N3期低于N0、N1期,临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期( P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 miR-200a在鼻咽癌组织中的表达明显下调,其参与了鼻咽癌的发生发展过程。

목적:관찰비인암화비인점막염성조직중microRNA-200a( miR-200a)적표체변화,분석기여비인암발생발전적관계。방법취비인암조직39례(관찰조)、비인점막염성조직12례(대조조)。채용실시형광정량PCR방법검측량조miR-200a표체,비교불동림상병리삼수(포괄년령、성별、T분기、N분기、림상분기)적비인암환자miR-200a표체차이。결과관찰조화대조조miR-200a적상대표체량분별위0.539±0.281、0.744±0.358,관찰조교대조조명현하강( P<0.05)。비인암조직중miR-200a표체:T3、T4기저우T1、T2기,N2、N3기저우N0、N1기,림상분기Ⅲ、Ⅳ기저우Ⅰ、Ⅱ기( P<0.05혹<0.01)。결론 miR-200a재비인암조직중적표체명현하조,기삼여료비인암적발생발전과정。
Objective To observe the expression changes in levels of miR-200a in the tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC) and nasopharyngitis and to analyze its relationship with the occurrence and development of NPC.Methods We took 39 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues as the observation group and 12 cases of nasopharyngitis tissues as the control group. The real-time fluorescent quantification PCR was used to detect the expression levels of miR-200a in the two groups.The differ-ential expression levels of miR-200a in NPC patients with clinicopathological parameter ( including age, gender, T stage, N stage and clinical grade) were compared.Results The relative expression of miR-200a in the observation group and the control group was 0.539 ±0.281 and 0.744 ±0.358, respectively.The expression of miR-200a in the observation group was significantly decreased as compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The expression of miR-200a in the observation group decreased with T stage, N stage and the increasing clinical stages (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of miR-200a in the NPC tissues is down-regulated which may participate in the pathogenesis and development of NPC.
