The concept of General Education is reflected in every aspect of college English teaching reform. Culture teaching needs being imperatively improved to highlight the connotation of college English teaching. It is an effective approach to adopt “KPR cultural teaching mode” to achieve teaching objectives, improve students’ comprehensive cultural quality and cultivate students’ integrated personality.
