环境工程专业的快速发展对环工专业人才培养方案的制定提出了新的要求，环境工程专业综合改革的关键是人才培养方案的制定。通过对德州学院环境工程专业特点和人才培养目标的分析，提出了环境工程专业课程体系的建设思路与人才培养方案的改革与建设措施，从而使新的人才培养方案更能满足培养复合型创新性环境工程专业人才的需要。

The new requirements of talents training schemes in environmental engineering specialty were put forward by rapid development of environmental engineering specialty.The key of environmental engi-neering specialty in comprehensive reform is the formulation of talents training schemes.The construction ideas of environmental engineering professional courses and the reform measures of talents training schemes were proposed by analyzing the characteristics of environmental engineering specialty and the goal of talents training in the Dezhou University.Therefore,the new talents training scheme can better meet the need of cultivating the versatile and innovative environmental engineering talents.
