研究了天津、连云港两地高浓度淤泥质吹填土泥浆,在添加高分子量的阳离子(CPAM)、阴离子(APAM)、非离子(NPAM)聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝(PAC)及"有机、无机"混合溶剂后,真空抽滤泥饼含水率的变化过程.试验结果表明,两地吹填土泥饼含水率变化过程相似,各类絮凝剂都可以使吹填泥浆形成胶体并发生沉降,且能使吹填土泥饼含水率降低,泥水分离现象明显.PAC+CPAM组合絮凝效果最为理想,天津地区吹填土泥饼含水率由未添加絮凝剂的387.39%降低至83.06%,连云港地区吹填土泥饼含水率由未添加絮凝剂的347.17%降低至73.26%.

This paper studied the water content of sludge cake change process on colloid particles'surface of mud with high concentration and mucky dredger fill in Tianjin and Lianyungang, which had been added high molec-ular weight CPAM, APAM, NPAM, PAC,"Organic and inorganic"mixed solvent. The test shows that the water con-tent of sludge cake change process of dredger fill in the two places are similar, all kinds of flocculants can make hy-draulic fill slurry form colloid and cause settlement, and also can make the water content of sludge cake of dredger fill to reduce, slurry separation is obvious. The combined flocculation of PAC+CPAM is the most ideal one. After adding flocculants, the water content of sludge cake in Tianjin dredger fill decrease from 387.39%to 83.06%, and the water content of sludge cake in Lianyungang dredger fill decrease from 347.17%to 73.26%.
