食管癌是世界范围内常见的恶性上皮样癌，中国是食管癌的高发区，为了能区分高风险和低风险的患者，得到最佳的治疗，有必要找到食管癌分子标志物，指导食管癌的治疗、预后的评价。文章就食管癌的分子生物学机制作一综述，并探讨食管癌的相关分子生物学特点。

Esophageal cancer is a worldwide common malignant epithelial carcinoma ,China is a high incidence of esophageal cancer,in order to distinguish between high-risk and low-risk patients and to obtain the best treatment effect,it is necessary to find molecular markers of esophageal cancer,make the prognostic evaluation esophageal cancer.In this paper,the molecular biology of esophageal cancer were reviewed and the biological characteristics of esophageal cancer associated molecules were explored.
