选取450只平均抱卵量为960粒／尾健康活力强的抱卵虾作为亲本进行育苗试验，并对日本沼虾蚤状幼体分期进行系统观察。结果在孵化期间共获得蚤状幼体408240尾，孵化率为94．5％，育苗后期共获得仔虾242086尾，蚤状幼体发育到仔虾的成活率为59．3％，蚤状幼体可分为Ⅴ期。本试验结果为今后日本沼虾人工育苗技术推广提供参考。
선취450지평균포란량위960립／미건강활력강적포란하작위친본진행육묘시험，병대일본소하조상유체분기진행계통관찰。결과재부화기간공획득조상유체408240미，부화솔위94．5％，육묘후기공획득자하242086미，조상유체발육도자하적성활솔위59．3％，조상유체가분위Ⅴ기。본시험결과위금후일본소하인공육묘기술추엄제공삼고。
A preliminary breeding experiment on Macrobrachium nipponense was carried out .Totally 450 wild shrimps Macrobrachium nipponense ,which the egg -earrying as parent ,the average brood amount of shrimps were 960 .And the zoea development of Macrobrachium nipponense was observed . The results showed that the 408240 zoeas of Macrobrachium nipponense were got and the hatching rate were 94 .5% ,242086 post larvae were got at last and the survival rate was 59 .3% .The progress of zoea development comprised five stages .The results provide the reference for future Macrobrachi‐um nip ponense large-scale artificial breeding .
