本项目属于提标改造工程,综合废水处理流程采用调节-初沉-气浮——兼氧-SBR-中间水池-生物滤池-排放的工艺处理制革废水.工程经过3个月的调试,现已正常运行,处理后的出水水质为pH:6~9,COD≤100mg/L,SS≤50mg/L,氨氮≤25 mg/L,总铬≤1.5mg/L.符合《制革与毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》规定的排放水质要求.本工艺最大改造点是SBR+生物滤池工艺,利用生物滤池的硝化、亚硝化反应达到脱氮目的,对制革企业的污水处理站改造有一定的借鉴意义.
