With the sinonovacula constricta as studied object ,which was systemically studied for the distribution of heavy metals copper ,lead and cadmium in different tissues .T he result show that the content in visceral of three sorts of heavy metal was obvious higher than other tissues .At last the three heavy metal was assessed by the single contamination index evaluation model .
