    对连云港海域的缢蛏不同组织进行Cu、Pb、Cd含量调查，采用原子吸收法测定其含量。结果表明，内脏器官的Cu、Pb、Cd含量明显高于其他组织，同时，通过单因子污染指数法对Cu、Pb、Cd进行了评价。
    대련운항해역적액정불동조직진행Cu、Pb、Cd함량조사，채용원자흡수법측정기함량。결과표명，내장기관적Cu、Pb、Cd함량명현고우기타조직，동시，통과단인자오염지수법대Cu、Pb、Cd진행료평개。
    With the sinonovacula constricta as studied object ,which was systemically studied for the distribution of heavy metals copper ,lead and cadmium in different tissues .T he result show that the content in visceral of three sorts of heavy metal was obvious higher than other tissues .At last the three heavy metal was assessed by the single contamination index evaluation model .
