土地收益分配问题一直以来是土地管理学科研究的热点和重点,从博弈论视角研究土地收益分配问题有助于分析利益主体间收益分配机理,形成合理的分配机制。本文从运用博弈论分析土地收益冲突、形成机理和构建模型等3个方面系统总结了国内外最新研究进展,并对未来研究趋势和重点进行了展望。研究表明:土地收益分配不均容易产生冲突,博弈策略选择有利土地冲突管理;土地收益利益主体间存在相关博弈关系,合作博弈成为研究的热点;构建博弈模型有助于土地收益分配,研究从静态单一模型向动态模型和混合模型发展。运用博弈论方法与其他方法相结合,多因素、多模型、多方法、多数据是未来研究的重点和方向。

The land income distribution has been the focus and emphasis of research problems in land management,research of land revenue distribution from the perspective of game theory is helpful to the analysis of profit allocation mechanism between the interests of the principal,the formation of a reasonable allocation mechanism. In this paper,the latest research progress at home and abroad were summarized from the analysis of land conflicts,the formation mechanism and model construction 3 aspects using the game theory,and the future research trends and key were discussed. The results showed that the distribution of land income inequality prone to conflict,game strategy selection was favorable for land conflict management;there was a related game relation between land benefit interest subjects,cooperative game theory had become a hot spot of research;construct the game model was helpful to the research of land income distribution,research from a single static model to dynamic model and hybrid model development. Using game theory method and other methods,the combination of multiple factors,model,method,data is the focus and direction of the future research.
