目的：探讨骨髓间充质干细胞表面分子 CD166和 CD271在正常胃黏膜、腺瘤及胃腺癌中的表达，初步探讨二者是否可以作为胃癌干细胞的标志物。方法：采用免疫组化染色 SP 法，对60例胃腺癌、10例正常胃组织标本和20例腺瘤的胃黏膜组织进行了骨髓间充质干细胞表面分子 CD166和 CD271的检测。结果：CD166在正常胃黏膜、不典型增生和胃癌中的表达逐渐降低，CD166在胃腺癌中的表达强度与胃癌的分化程度呈正相关（r =0.597，P ＜0.01），与浸润深度有关（P ＜0.01）。CD271在正常胃黏膜、不典型增生中几乎不表达，在胃癌中呈低表达，CD271在胃腺癌中的表达强度与浸润深度（P ＜0.01）、淋巴结转移有关（P ＜0.01），与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度无关。结论：正常胃黏膜、腺瘤和腺癌的组织中存在着骨髓间充质干细胞表面分子 CD166的表达，阳性细胞的位置分布没有规律性，不是胃癌肿瘤干细胞的特异性标记物，CD271在正常胃黏膜、腺瘤中几乎不表达，在胃癌中呈低表达，阳性细胞的位置分布没有规律性，不能作为胃癌肿瘤干细胞的标记物。
목적：탐토골수간충질간세포표면분자 CD166화 CD271재정상위점막、선류급위선암중적표체，초보탐토이자시부가이작위위암간세포적표지물。방법：채용면역조화염색 SP 법，대60례위선암、10례정상위조직표본화20례선류적위점막조직진행료골수간충질간세포표면분자 CD166화 CD271적검측。결과：CD166재정상위점막、불전형증생화위암중적표체축점강저，CD166재위선암중적표체강도여위암적분화정도정정상관（r =0.597，P ＜0.01），여침윤심도유관（P ＜0.01）。CD271재정상위점막、불전형증생중궤호불표체，재위암중정저표체，CD271재위선암중적표체강도여침윤심도（P ＜0.01）、림파결전이유관（P ＜0.01），여환자적년령、성별、종류분화정도무관。결론：정상위점막、선류화선암적조직중존재착골수간충질간세포표면분자 CD166적표체，양성세포적위치분포몰유규률성，불시위암종류간세포적특이성표기물，CD271재정상위점막、선류중궤호불표체，재위암중정저표체，양성세포적위치분포몰유규률성，불능작위위암종류간세포적표기물。
Objective:To study the expression of bone marrow - derived mesenchymal stem cells maker CD166 and CD271 in nomal gastric mucosa,adenoma and adenocarcinoma. Methods:The expression of CD166 and CD271 in 10 cases of normal mucosa,20 cases of adenoma and 60 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma were detected by SP(strep-tavidin HRP)immunohistochemical staining. Results:The difference of CD166 in different gastric mucosa had signifi-cance. The expression of CD166 was positively correlated to differentiation and related with depth of infiltration(P <0. 01). The levels of expression of CD271 was significantly higher in adenocarcinoma than in nomal gastric mucosa and adenoma. The levels of expression of CD271 was related with lymph node metastasis(P < 0. 01)and depth of in-filtration(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:There were expression of some bone marrow - derived mesenchymal stem cells maker CD166 in gastric mucosa. The distribution of positive cells in gastric mucosa was irregular. CD166 and CD271 were not the specific stem cell maker of gastric adenocarcinoma.
