创新能力的培养是研究生教育的灵魂，而开展创新思维的训练则是创新能力培养的核心，学习创造技法和进行实践活动是提高创新能力的重要途径。本文以培养粮食、油脂及植物蛋白质工程专业学位研究生为例，总结实验教学、生产实习以及科研试验等实践锻炼对培养研究生创新能力的作用。

Improving innovative ability is the soul of post- graduate education,and learning creative skill and practice is an important way to improve the innovation ability. This paper emphasized the influence of the teaching experiment,production practice and scientific research and experiments etc. on the training innovation ability of cereals,oils and vegetable protein degree post-graduate students.
