合成了绿光环金属铱配合物Ir(ppy)2acac,利用核磁、质谱对其进行了分子结构表征,同时利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和理论模拟计算等手段对其进行了光物理性质的研究,并制备了基于Ir(ppy)2acac掺杂的绿光有机电致发光器件,其最大的电流效率为53.2 cd·A-1,最大功率效率43.2 lm·W-1,最大亮度为74800 cd·m-2,启动电压为3.5 V,CIE(x,y)=(0.33,0.62)。

Heteroleptic iridium (III) complex Ir (ppy)2 acac (ppy demonstrating 2-phenylpyridine and acac demonstrating acetylacetone) with green emission was successfully synthesized. Its chemical structure was characterized by NMR and mass spectra. Its photophysical properties were explored by UV-vis ,fluorescence and theoretical calculation. Finally,the organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) using Ir (ppy)2 acac as the dopant were fabricated and characterized. Their maximum current efficiency ,maximum power efficiency, maximum luminance,turn-on voltage and CIE(x,y) were 53.2 cd·A-1,43.2 lm·W-1,74 800 cd·m-2,3.5 V and x=0.33,y=0.62,respectively.
