目的:探讨骨科术前备物架的应用效果. 方法:选择2013年2月~2014年2月骨科患者200例为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组,以术前备物使用备物架为试验组,术前备物不使用备物架为对照组. 结果:试验组送手术时间明显少于对照组(P<0. 05);试验组术前物品准备完善率、医师对护士送手术工作满意率均较对照组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05). 结论:对患者术前准备使用术前备物架进行备物能缩短护士送手术时间,明显提高术前物品准备完善率、医师对送手术工作满意率,因此它能提高患者手术的及时性,为患者提供更优质的护理,值得临床推广应用.

Objective:To examine the effect of shelf in the preparation of orthopedic surgeries. Methods:200 cases with surgery from Feb. 2013-Feb. 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group with normal process,while the experimental group with shelf for prepara-tion. Results:The preparation time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The rate of perfection of preparation and the rate of satisfaction from doctors were both significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Using the shelf for the preparation of orthopedic surgeries can reduce the preparation time,and increase the rate of perfection of preparation and the rate of satisfaction from doc-tors. Therefore,it ensures patients'surgeries can be performed in time and better medical services can be provided to patients. The shelf should be introduced for the preparation of orthopedic surgeries.
