为了弥补传统物流绩效评价方法只给出综合评价值的不足，在构建港口物流绩效评价指标体系的基础上，结合熵值法和灰靶理论建立了熵权灰靶理论模型，运用该模型对港口物流绩效水平进行实证分析。研究结果表明：2011年上海港物流绩效水平最优，其次是天津港、青岛港、宁波港、广州港和大连港，熵权灰靶理论用于港口物流绩效评价是切实可行的。该理论在丰富港口物流绩效评价方法的同时，为今后提高港口物流服务水平提供相应的参考依据。

In order to make up for the shortcomings that traditional logistics evaluation method only gives the comprehensive evaluation value, after constructing the port logistics performance evaluation index sys-tem, an entropy gray target theory model is established based on gray target theory and entropy method.An empirical analysis of port logistics performance level is conducted by using this model.The results show that Shanghai Port logistics performance level is optimal in 2011, followed by Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port, Ningbo Port, Guangzhou Port and Dalian Port, and the entropy gray target theory is feasible in port logis-tics performance evaluation.This theory not only enriches the port logistics performance evaluation meth-ods, but also provides corresponding reference to improving the port logistics performance level in the fu-ture.
