目的：分析蛋白 p27和 Clusterin 在前列腺癌（PCa）组织中的阳性表达与前列腺特异性抗原（ PSA）的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化法检测75例 PCa 和50例前列腺增生组织凋亡蛋白 p27、Clusterin 蛋白的表达和相应患者血浆中 PSA 值。结果：PCa 组织中 p27、Clusterin 蛋白的阳性表达率分别64.0％（48/75）、37.3％（28/75），p27和 Clusterin 蛋白在前列腺增生组织中的阳性表达率分别70.0％（35/50）、0（0/50），二者阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。p27和 Clusterin 蛋白表达与 PCa 病理分级、临床分期、转移情况和 PSA值具有相关性（P ＜0.05），PCa 组织中 Clusterin 与 p27的表达无相关性（P ＞0.001）。结论：临床中联合检测p27及 Clusterin 表达与前列腺特异抗原（PSA）关系有助于前列腺癌诊治。
목적：분석단백 p27화 Clusterin 재전렬선암（PCa）조직중적양성표체여전렬선특이성항원（ PSA）적상관성。방법：응용면역조화법검측75례 PCa 화50례전렬선증생조직조망단백 p27、Clusterin 단백적표체화상응환자혈장중 PSA 치。결과：PCa 조직중 p27、Clusterin 단백적양성표체솔분별64.0％（48/75）、37.3％（28/75），p27화 Clusterin 단백재전렬선증생조직중적양성표체솔분별70.0％（35/50）、0（0/50），이자양성표체솔차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。p27화 Clusterin 단백표체여 PCa 병리분급、림상분기、전이정황화 PSA치구유상관성（P ＜0.05），PCa 조직중 Clusterin 여 p27적표체무상관성（P ＞0.001）。결론：림상중연합검측p27급 Clusterin 표체여전렬선특이항원（PSA）관계유조우전렬선암진치。
Objective:Detecting the expressions of p27,Clusterin and PSA in prostate cancer(PCa). Methods:Immunohistochemistry was employed to measure the expression of p27 and Clusterin of prostatic cancer and 50 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia and PSA in plasma. Results:In prostatic cancer tissue,the positive expression rates of p27 and Clusterin were 64. 0%(48 / 75),37. 3%(28 / 75),in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue,the positive expres-sion rates of p27 and Clusterin were 70. 0%(35 / 50),0(0 / 50)(P < 0. 01). The positive expression of p27 and Clus-terin were related with the histologic grade,clinical stage and metastasis of prostatic cancer(P < 0. 05). The expres-sion of Clusterin was not a positively correlated with p27 expression in prostatic cancer(P > 0. 001). Conclusion:The joint detection of p27,Clusterin and PSA may offer an effective therapeutic strategy for the prevention and treat-ment of prostate cancer.
