随着我国高等职业教育规模的不断扩大，英语学习成为高职教育中必不可少的组成部分，高职学生的英语学习动力却日渐低下，使得高职学生的英语水平难以满足社会经济发展需求。本文在对现阶段高职学生英语学习动力现状、形成原因进行了一些初步的分析之后，尝试性地提出一些激励高职学生英语学历动力的方法和途径，希望能够有助于激发高职学生的英语学习动力、促进高职英语教学质量的不断提高。

수착아국고등직업교육규모적불단확대，영어학습성위고직교육중필불가소적조성부분，고직학생적영어학습동력각일점저하，사득고직학생적영어수평난이만족사회경제발전수구。본문재대현계단고직학생영어학습동력현상、형성원인진행료일사초보적분석지후，상시성지제출일사격려고직학생영어학력동력적방법화도경，희망능구유조우격발고직학생적영어학습동력、촉진고직영어교학질량적불단제고。
Along with the continuous expansion of China's higher vocational education,learning English becomes the indispen-sable component in the higher vocational education.Higher vocational students'English learning motivation is getting slower, which makes higher vocational students'English level is difficult to meet the demand of social economic development.Based on the present status of reasons of students'English learning motivation in higher vocational colleges,this paper makes some pre-liminary analysis and puts forward some methods to motivate vocational students'English academic motivation with the hope to stimulate the students'English learning motivation and promote English teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
