目的:调查分析我市新生儿病区护理人员工作满意度并分析相关因素. 方法:对我市15家医疗机构新生儿病区的154名护理人员基本资料及工作满意情况进行问卷调查,并将所得数据进行统计学处理. 结果:有38. 96%的护理人员愿意从事新生儿科工作;26. 62%的护理人员对自身工作满意;50. 65%的人认为工作压力大;58. 44%的人感到工作风险大;38. 31%的人没有成就感等. 二级医院护士对儿科工作意愿及对自身工作满意度优于三级医院(P<0. 05). 结论:新生儿病区护理人员对从事新生儿科工作意愿及工作满意度整体水平较低,需采取有效措施积极进行干预,以保障护理人员身心健康,促进新生儿护理队伍的稳定发展.

Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction of nurse in neonatal ward and analyze the related factors. Methods:A questionnaire survey was car-ried out in the neonatal ward of 15 hospitals and 154 nurses in neonatology,and the data and the data were statistically analyzed. Results:38. 96% of the nurses to work on their own in the newborn Department of Pediatrics,26. 62% of the nurses job satisfaction,50. 65% of the people think that the work pres-sure;58. 44% of people feel that the work risk;38. 31% people do not have a sense of achievement. The job satisfaction and willingness to work of nurse in level 2 hospital were better than in level 3 hospital (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Neonatal ward nurses in neonatology willingness to work and job satisfaction o-verall level is low,need to take effective measures to actively intervene,physical and mental health care nurses,and promote the stable development of neo-natal nursing team.
