目的：探讨糖尿病患者腹部外科手术围手术期采取优质护理的效果及应用价值。方法选择在该院行腹部外科手术的糖尿病患者34例，随机法分成护理组与对照组，对照组予以常规护理干预，护理组予以围手术期优质护理，每组17例。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组住院时间、术后血糖、愈合时间以及不良反应比较，护理组要显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期对患者予以优质护理，对糖尿病行腹部外科手术患者效果明显，有推广应用的价值。
목적：탐토당뇨병환자복부외과수술위수술기채취우질호리적효과급응용개치。방법선택재해원행복부외과수술적당뇨병환자34례，수궤법분성호리조여대조조，대조조여이상규호리간예，호리조여이위수술기우질호리，매조17례。비교량조환자적호리효과。결과량조주원시간、술후혈당、유합시간이급불량반응비교，호리조요현저우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론위수술기대환자여이우질호리，대당뇨병행복부외과수술환자효과명현，유추엄응용적개치。
Objective To explore abdominal surgery patients with perioperative take effect and value of quality care. Methods To choose the line of abdominal surgery at our hospital in 34 patients with diabetes, randomized into nursing group and control group, control group routine nursing intervention, perioperative nursing quality, nursing group of 17 cases in each group. Compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Two hospital stay, postoperative blood glucose, healing time and adverse reactions, care group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Periop-erative quality care to patients, obvious effects in patients with diabetes line of abdominal surgery, has the value of popular-ization and application.
