为了提高广角气溶胶探测仪的成像质量,提出了根据实验测量的拟合数据对图像进行畸变校正的方法。使用平行光管配合精密转台对探测仪光学系统的畸变量进行了实验测量,对畸变测量数据进行了多项式拟合,得到了光学系统在整个视场内的畸变量分布。实验结果表明,通过坐标变换与灰度校正,可以使探测仪采集图像的最大畸变量由10个像元偏移量(0.14 mm)减小到2个像元偏移量(0.028 mm)。采用基于实验测量畸变对所采集图像进行校正的方法,可以有针对性的对系统畸变进行校正,提高成像质量。
為瞭提高廣角氣溶膠探測儀的成像質量,提齣瞭根據實驗測量的擬閤數據對圖像進行畸變校正的方法。使用平行光管配閤精密轉檯對探測儀光學繫統的畸變量進行瞭實驗測量,對畸變測量數據進行瞭多項式擬閤,得到瞭光學繫統在整箇視場內的畸變量分佈。實驗結果錶明,通過坐標變換與灰度校正,可以使探測儀採集圖像的最大畸變量由10箇像元偏移量(0.14 mm)減小到2箇像元偏移量(0.028 mm)。採用基于實驗測量畸變對所採集圖像進行校正的方法,可以有針對性的對繫統畸變進行校正,提高成像質量。

In order to improve the imaging quality of the wide-angle aerosol detector, a distortion correction method based on experimental measurement and data fitting was proposed.The distortion of the system was measured using collimator and precise rotating platform.The polynomial fitting of the experimental datum was carried out to obtain the distortion distribution of the optical system in the entire field of view.The results show that the maximum distor-tion of the aerosol imager is reduced from 10 pixel offsets (0.14 mm) to 2 pixel offsets (0.028 mm) after the coor-dinate transformation and gray correction.Using the method based on experimental measurement to correct the im-age distortion, the distortion of the optical system can be corrected pertinently and the image quality can be im-proved.
