现有节能设计主要有基于BIM和传统2D两种方式.通过对两种方式在设计效果、模型后续利用性和运行条件等方面的比较,揭示基于BIM的节能设计在协同设计、提升效率和准确度等方面的优势,探索其发展瓶颈,并从政策支持、加快本土化以及人才培养方面提出相关建议.

The existing energy saving design mainly based on BIM and 2D model. Through the comparison on two methods in design effect,model subsequent usage and operation conditions,reveals the advantages of energy saving design based on BIM in collaborative design,improving the efficiency and accuracy,explores the bottleneck of the development. Then,puts forward several suggestions on policy support,the localization acceleration of BIM,and expert cultivation.
