目的:探讨快速康复理念对肺癌手术患者安全和有效性及住院费用的影响。方法:住院肺癌患者160例,分为实验组和对照组,各80例。对照组接受传统方法治疗,实验组按快速康复理念治疗。观察两组疗效,比较住院费用差异。结果:实验组住院时间、手术时间、术后并发症均明显小于对照组,治愈例数多于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组服务、诊断及材料费用差异不大(P >0.05),治疗、药品及总费用差异显著(P <0.05)。总住院费构成比例高的是治疗和药品。结论:快速康复理念应用于肺癌患者围手术期,能明显降低住院及手术时间和住院费用。

목적:탐토쾌속강복이념대폐암수술환자안전화유효성급주원비용적영향。방법:주원폐암환자160례,분위실험조화대조조,각80례。대조조접수전통방법치료,실험조안쾌속강복이념치료。관찰량조료효,비교주원비용차이。결과:실험조주원시간、수술시간、술후병발증균명현소우대조조,치유례수다우대조조,구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。량조복무、진단급재료비용차이불대(P >0.05),치료、약품급총비용차이현저(P <0.05)。총주원비구성비례고적시치료화약품。결론:쾌속강복이념응용우폐암환자위수술기,능명현강저주원급수술시간화주원비용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of fast - track surgery used in perioperative care for patients with lung cancer,and to analyze its impact on hospital costs. Methods:Totally 160 cases of lung cancer were divided into experimental group and control 80 in each. The patients were treated as fast - track surgery in the experimental group. On the contrary,the patients of control were managed as usual. The clinical index of patients and hospitalization costs were observed and compared. Results:The operation time,day of hospital stay and postoperative complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control(P < 0. 05). The cost of living service,diagnostic and medical instruments fee were almost equal without significant difference(P > 0. 05). However,the medical care costs,drug costs and total costs in the experimental group difference were much higher than control(P < 0. 05). Con-clusion:Fast - track surgery used in perioperative patients with lung cancer,can significantly reduce hospital stays and operating time as well as hospitalization costs.
