在面向未来的教师队伍建设中,用什么样的知识培育教师自身成为研究者关注的话题。时下,大学主体完成了从教师到学生的变迁,大学属性完成了从单一属性向三重属性的变迁,大学基本活动完成了由教学向教学、科研、社会服务与文化传承的“四位一体”变迁,这个过程蕴含了教师对工作理念重构、教学方式与过程转变、着眼全方位发展、加大教学支持服务能力、加强对接社会服务能力与文化传承能力等职业发展需求。

What kind of knowledge should be employed to train teachers has become a topic for researchers confronted with the issue of building a future-oriented teaching team. For the time being,the main body of university has changed from teacher to student,and the nature of university has turned from a unitary one into a threefold variety,with its basic activity switching from teaching to a four-in-one composed of teaching,scientific research,social service and cultural inheritance. Consequently,many professional development require-ments are needed;there should a reshuffle and transformation of teachers’work concept,teaching method and teaching process;the all-round development for teachers and the capacity of teaching support service should be emphasized.;the ability to respond to social service and cultural inheritance must also be enhanced.
