本文研究不同浸渍活化工序对Ag晶粒在a-Al2O3载体上的晶型生长状况的影响,并探讨了主要助剂Cs、Re及其协同助剂的作用机理.研究发现,Re助剂只有与银胺溶液同时加入时,才能较大幅度地提高银催化剂的选择性;协同助剂的过量加入会导致高效银催化剂的稳定性变差,而通过适当调整可获得较好的初期催化性能.尽管添加不同协同助剂对催化性能有较大的影响,但根据SEM的观察结果,银粒在载体表面的分布状态并未出现明显的差别.

This paper studied the effects of different impregnation and activation processes on crystal growth conditions of Ag grains on the surfaces of Al2O3 carriers,and discussed the catalytic mechanism of Cs,Re and their synergistic additives. The result showed that only when Re was simultaneously added with silver amine solution,it can greatly improve the selectivity of silver catalyst;excessive amount of synergistic additives led to a poor stability of high efficient silver catalysts. After properly adjusting the amount of synergistic additives 2,a better initial catalytic performance was achieved. Although there was a relatively large difference between the catalytic performances of these catalysts which were added with different synergistic additives,SEM pictures indicated that the distribution of silver particles on the surfaces of the carriers was almost same.
