自主招生是我国高考制度的重要组成部分。本文以江苏省高校自主招生改革为研究对象，分析了江苏省自主招生经历的三个历史阶段。研究发现，江苏高校在自主招生实施过程中，存在着受高考制约、以成绩为关键指标、招生主体较为被动等问题。本文认为，只有社会各界达成对自主招生的共识、高校建立起完善的评价和培养体系，政府机关确保招生公平性，以及创造一个良性的文化土壤，才能切实提升自主招生的效度。
自主招生是我國高攷製度的重要組成部分。本文以江囌省高校自主招生改革為研究對象，分析瞭江囌省自主招生經歷的三箇歷史階段。研究髮現，江囌高校在自主招生實施過程中，存在著受高攷製約、以成績為關鍵指標、招生主體較為被動等問題。本文認為，隻有社會各界達成對自主招生的共識、高校建立起完善的評價和培養體繫，政府機關確保招生公平性，以及創造一箇良性的文化土壤，纔能切實提升自主招生的效度。

Autonomous enrollment of university is an important part of China's college entrance examination system.Based on autonomous enrollment reform of university in Jiangsu,this article analyzes three historical stages of autonomous enrollment. The study shows that the autonomous enrollment of universities meets many questions in reality,such as restricted by the college entrance examination,driven by final score and passive institution.In order to enhance the efficiency of autonomous enroll-ment,society should reach a consensus about it and universities establish a sound evaluation and training system.What's more, governments should play a role in guaranteeing the fairness in autonomous enrollment and provide a positive culture circum-stance.
