目的:研究茶多酚对食管癌 Eca -109细胞的生长抑制作用。方法:采用 MTT 法检测茶多酚对食管癌 Eca -109细胞生长活性的抑制,BrdU 掺入实验分析茶多酚对食管癌 Eca -109细胞增殖指数的影响,流式细胞分析仪分析茶多酚对食管癌 Eca -109细胞周期及细胞凋亡的影响。结果:MTT 实验证实茶多酚对食管癌 Eca -109细胞生长有抑制作用,且呈剂量-效应关系。BrdU 掺入实验证实茶多酚可以降低食管癌 Eca -109细胞的生长分数。流式细胞仪检测发现茶多酚可以阻滞食管癌 Eca -109细胞的细胞周期,使其停滞于G0/ G1期,并诱导食管癌 Eca -109细胞凋亡。结论:茶多酚对食管癌 Eca -109细胞有抑制作用,机制可能与降低食管癌 Eca -109细胞的增殖指数、阻滞细胞及诱导细胞凋亡有关。

Objective:To study the influence of tea polyphenols on the growth of esophageal cancer - Eca - 109 cell. Methods:MTT assay was used to detect the growth inhibition of the esophageal cancer - Eca - 109 cell treated with tea polyphenols. BrdU staining was used to detect the growth index,flow cytometry was used to analyze the cell cycle,flow cytometry was used to analyze the apoptosis. Results:MTT assay confirmed that tea polyphenols inhibited the cell growth of esophageal cancer - Eca - 109 cell with the dose - effect relationship. BrdU staining confirmed that tea polyphenols reduced the growth index of the esophageal cancer - Eca - 109 cell. Flow cytometry displayed that tea polyphenols blocked the cell cycle of the esophageal cancer - Eca - 109 in G0 / G1 phase. Flow cytometry displayed that tea polyphenols induced the apoptosis of the esophageal cancer - Eca - 109 cell. Conclusion:Tea polyphenol can inhibit the growth of the esophageal cancer - Eca - 109 cell by reducing the proliferation index,blocking cell cycle and inducing cell apoptosis.
