立筒仓作为中转用仓具有机械化程度高,出入仓快捷、方便.但作为长期储备仓,在结构设计上和设施上还存在许多不足,特别是没有通风系统,为保证储备安全,每年必须倒仓,不仅花费大量的电费,对机械设备也造成相当大的磨损,粮质也不同程度地遭到破坏,破碎粒严重增加,等级下降,综合经济效率低下.因此对立筒仓的机械通风改造迫在眉睫,而哈尔滨直属库由于仓容不足,立筒仓周转速度快,没有足够的空仓期进行通风系统改造,迫切需要实仓通风改造的可行办法,在实践中我们历经半年的试验探索,成功地研制通风和排粮转换装置,将整个装置通过筒仓排粮管打入筒仓内,带孔通风管达1.4 m~2.1 m,通风阻力非常小,甚至可以进行自然通风.将原筒仓顶部闲置多年的3千瓦离心进行改造,用在底部通风,粮面表观达到0.02 m/s,是平房仓降温最低速度0.01 m/s的2倍,单位通风量达到8.15 m3/h.t.试验成功后接着又将余下的同类型筒仓全部进行了改造,并进行了粮情通风处理,效果非常理想.
