Ghrelin%Coronary Artery Disease%Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
目的:探讨血清Ghrelin水平与2型糖尿病、冠心病的关系,分析Ghrelin与冠心病和2型糖尿病的相关性。方法收集2013年1-6月期间齐鲁石化中心医院80例受试对象,其中包括28例冠心病(CHD)患者、26例冠心病合并2型糖尿病(T2DM+CHD)患者以及26例体检健康者为对照组,应用酶联免疫分析技术(ELISA法)检测3组的血清Ghrelin水平,检测3组的血脂水平、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平;比较3组之间的血清Ghrelin水平、血脂、血糖水平。结果与对照组相比,CHD组的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),LDL-C水平增高(P<0.05),HDL-C水平减低(P<0.05);与对照组及CHD相比,T2DM+CHD组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C明显增高(P<0.05),HDL-C明显减低(P<0.05);CHD组、T2DM+CHD组的血清Ghrelin水平显著低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2DM+CHD组的血清Ghrelin水平显著低于CHD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Ghrelin水平可用于评估2型糖尿病、冠心病的发病及病情严重程度。

목적:탐토혈청Ghrelin수평여2형당뇨병、관심병적관계,분석Ghrelin여관심병화2형당뇨병적상관성。방법수집2013년1-6월기간제로석화중심의원80례수시대상,기중포괄28례관심병(CHD)환자、26례관심병합병2형당뇨병(T2DM+CHD)환자이급26례체검건강자위대조조,응용매련면역분석기술(ELISA법)검측3조적혈청Ghrelin수평,검측3조적혈지수평、공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당수평;비교3조지간적혈청Ghrelin수평、혈지、혈당수평。결과여대조조상비,CHD조적FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC변화차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),LDL-C수평증고(P<0.05),HDL-C수평감저(P<0.05);여대조조급CHD상비,T2DM+CHD조FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C명현증고(P<0.05),HDL-C명현감저(P<0.05);CHD조、T2DM+CHD조적혈청Ghrelin수평현저저우정상대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);T2DM+CHD조적혈청Ghrelin수평현저저우CHD조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론혈청Ghrelin수평가용우평고2형당뇨병、관심병적발병급병정엄중정도。
Objective To discuss the correlation of serum Ghrelin level with type 2 diabetes melitus and coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2013 to June 2013, 80 subjects in Qilu Shihua Central Hospital including 28 CHD pa-tients, 26 T2DM patients associated with CHD and 26 cases with normal coronary angiogram (Control group) were selected. The serum Ghrelin levels of these subjects were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, CHD group of FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC change no statistical significance (P>0.05), LDL-C levels increased (P<0.05), HDL-C decreased (P<0.01);compared with the control group and CHD, T2DM +CHD group, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C increased significantly (P<0.05), HDL-C was significantly decreased (P< 0.05);serum ghrelin levels in CHD group and T2DM +CHD group were significantly lower than those of the normal control group, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05); serum ghrelin levels in patients with T2DM complicated with CHD was significantly lower than that in CHD group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Serum Ghrelin levels can be used to evaluate the incidence and severity of type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease.
