目前,对蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的快速检测,主要是由人工操作的酶抑制法来实现。由于人工操作工作效率与准确度不够高,现在亟需一种精准、高效的快筛方法。本试验采用全自动液体工作站对人工移液、移板等操作进行取代,实现酶抑制法对有机磷和氨基甲酸酯残留的快速筛查。结果表明:全自动液体工作站不仅可以高效地完成检测过程,而且可以有效保证检测结果的准确性和稳定性。与人工检测结果相比较,数据稳定性更好,试验误差少,结果一致性达100%;借助该液体工作站的酶抑制法检测节约人力资源50%。同时,借助于液体工作站的外置接口,可以实现移液、移板、振荡、恒温、检测结果一体化输出,显著提高检测效率。

At present,organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residue are mainly tested and quantified in vegetable samples by an enzyme inhibition technique which is completed by manual operation.However,work efficiency and the accuracy of these test are unsatisfied,and we are badly in need of a high efficiency and accuracy method for rapidly detecting.In the present study,we adopted a full automatic liquid handling system for rapidly testing the residues of organophosphate and carbamate pesticide using enzyme inhibition method.During experiment process,automatic liquid handling system replaced tranfer liquid and plates process which was usually completed by manual operation.The results demonstrated that automatic liquid handling system not only completed test process efficiently,but also ensured test results accurate and stable.Comparing with manual operation,we acquired stable data and reduced experimental errors in the experiment using the system,and got the same results with manual operation as well. What was more,enzyme inhibition technique based on automatic liquid handling system saved half of labour force during the total manipulation.The system connected with joint outside completed liquid and plate transfering,shaking,maintaing temperature and exporting results intergrately,and improved the work efficiency dramactically.
