目的:分析25-羟维生素D3与2型糖尿病的关系,并分析25-羟维生素D3对并发症的影响。方法将2013年7月-2014年8月在我院接受治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者归为实验组,再根据25-羟维生素D3水平分为25-羟维生素D3缺乏组(A组)以及25-羟维生素D3非缺乏组(B组),另选取100例健康人士作为对照组,对比实验组以及对照组患者的25-羟维生素D3水平,对比A、B两组患者的临床参数指标。结果实验组患者的25-羟维生素D3水平明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),A组患者的颈动脉粥样硬化发生机率、微量或大量蛋白尿发生率、超敏C反应蛋白含量明显高于B组患者(P<0.05),数据间的差异有统计学意义。结论25-羟维生素D3水平与2型糖尿病的发生、发展有密切的联系,也影响着并发症的发生机率。

Objective To Analyze the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and type 2 diabetes, and the effect of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 for complications. Methods The July 2013-August 2014 in our hospital treated 100 cases of type 2 diabetes classified as experimental group was divided into 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 deficiency group (A) according to the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 25 -non-hydroxy vitamin D3 deficiency group (group B), another 100 healthy people select-ed as a control group, 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels, compared to a, B two groups of patients in clinical parameters indica-tors of comparative experiment group and the control group of patients. Results 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than control patients (P<0.05), A group of patients with carotid atherosclero-sis incidence, the incidence of micro- or macroalbuminuria, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was significantly higher pa-tients in group B (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant between the data. Conclusion 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 levels occur with type 2 diabetes is closely linked to development, but also affect the incidence of complications.
