在冷轧薄钢板酸洗过程中,普遍存在盐酸和水的消耗大以及产生大量废盐酸、酸雾和酸性废水等污染物的问题。通过对某年产量10万t冷轧薄钢板企业酸洗线盐酸和水等物料流动的实测和平衡分析,构建了冷轧薄钢板酸洗线盐酸与水循环系统。该循环系统实现了盐酸和水的闭路循环,并使充分回收铁资源成为可能,具有显著的环境和经济效益。
在冷軋薄鋼闆痠洗過程中,普遍存在鹽痠和水的消耗大以及產生大量廢鹽痠、痠霧和痠性廢水等汙染物的問題。通過對某年產量10萬t冷軋薄鋼闆企業痠洗線鹽痠和水等物料流動的實測和平衡分析,構建瞭冷軋薄鋼闆痠洗線鹽痠與水循環繫統。該循環繫統實現瞭鹽痠和水的閉路循環,併使充分迴收鐵資源成為可能,具有顯著的環境和經濟效益。

In the process of cold rolled sheet steel pickling ,there commonly exist problems ,the huge consumption of hy-drochloric acid and water with large amounts of waste hydrochloric acid ,acid mist and acidic waste water .A sample from a cold rolled sheet steel enterprise with annual output of 100 ,000 tons is analyzed and by measuring the hydrochloric acid ,wa-ter and other materials flow and analyzing the material balance ,a cold rolled sheet steel pickling line of hydrochloric acid and water circulation system has been constructed .The hydrochloric acid and water closed-circuit circulation are realized , the iron resource can be fully recycled and so significant environmental and economic benefits can be achieved .
