目的:探讨品管圈在基层医院提高院前急救反应速度中的应用效果. 方法:我科对2014年2~4月100例启动院前急救的患者应用品管圈管理,将院前急救反应速度和2013年同期进行比较. 结果:2014年院前急救反应时间、救护车到达时间短于2013年,院前急救患者满意度高于2013年(P<0. 05). 结论:品管圈在基层医院院前急救中的应用可显著提高院前急救的反应速度,最大限度降低急诊患者的死亡率,减少了残疾率,提高院前急救质量.

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle ( QCC) in improving the emergency response rate in the primary hospital. Methods:In our department,the application of in 100 cases of patients from 2 to 4 in 2014,and the emergency response rate in the hospital before the hospi-tal was compared with the same period in 2013. Results:In 2014,the hospital emergency response time and the ambulance arrived time were shorter than in 2013,the hospital before the first aid,the degree of satisfaction was higher than in 2013. Conclusion:The application of QCC in the pre-hospital emergency treatment can significantly improve the response rate of pre-hospital emergency,reduce the mortality rate,reduce the rate of disability,improve the quality of pre-hospital care.
