采用超声波法提取样品桑叶中的黄酮类化合物,利用紫外可见分光光度法测定其总黄酮的含量。比较野生桑叶与药用桑叶中总黄酮的含量。结果表明,黄酮含量在浓度20~70mg?mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,桑叶的平均加样回收率97.5%, RSD为1.81%,所测的野生桑叶比药店买回药用桑叶的黄酮含量高。
採用超聲波法提取樣品桑葉中的黃酮類化閤物,利用紫外可見分光光度法測定其總黃酮的含量。比較野生桑葉與藥用桑葉中總黃酮的含量。結果錶明,黃酮含量在濃度20~70mg?mL-1範圍內,線性關繫良好,桑葉的平均加樣迴收率97.5%, RSD為1.81%,所測的野生桑葉比藥店買迴藥用桑葉的黃酮含量高。

Objective: to determine the content of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves and compared with wild medicinal in mulberry leaves. Methods: the extraction of Flavonoids from mulberry leaves by ultrasonic method in the sample, the content of total flavone was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: the content of flavonoids in the concentration of 20~70mg?mL-1 range, good linearity, mulberry leaves. The average recovery was 97.5%, RSD was 1.81%. Conclusion: the wild mulberry leaf flavonoid content of medicinal mulberry leaf bought more than pharmacies.
