目的:观察白花蛇舌草总黄酮(FOD)对肝癌 MHCC97- H 细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:将生长良好的细胞分为空白组、FOD 组、5- FU 组及联合组四组,分别干预48小时,观察细胞的形态,MTT 法检测其对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用;流式细胞仪检测 FOD 对 MHCC97- H 肝癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果:FOD 对肝癌MHCC97- H 细胞有显著的抑制作用,并且具有剂量和时间依赖性,不但能使细胞密度减少,细胞变小,核固缩,而且能显著抑制人肝癌 MHCC97- H 细胞的增殖并诱导该细胞的凋亡(P <0.05)。结论:白花蛇舌草总黄酮能够通过抑制肿瘤细胞生长、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,明显抑制肝癌 MHCC97- H 细胞的增殖。

목적:관찰백화사설초총황동(FOD)대간암 MHCC97- H 세포증식화조망적영향。방법:장생장량호적세포분위공백조、FOD 조、5- FU 조급연합조사조,분별간예48소시,관찰세포적형태,MTT 법검측기대종류세포증식적억제작용;류식세포의검측 FOD 대 MHCC97- H 간암세포조망적영향。결과:FOD 대간암MHCC97- H 세포유현저적억제작용,병차구유제량화시간의뢰성,불단능사세포밀도감소,세포변소,핵고축,이차능현저억제인간암 MHCC97- H 세포적증식병유도해세포적조망(P <0.05)。결론:백화사설초총황동능구통과억제종류세포생장、촉진종류세포조망,명현억제간암 MHCC97- H 세포적증식。
Objective:To observe the effect of total flavonoids of Oldenlandia diffusa(FOD)on the proliferation and apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97 - H cells. Methods:MHCC97 - H cells were divided into four groups:control group,FOD group,5 - FU group and combined group,intervented for 48 hours,observe the cells form, detect the inhibitory effect on tumor cell proliferation by MTT method and the influence of FOD on apoptosis of hepa-tocellular carcinoma cell line MHCC97 - H by flow cytometry. Results:FOD had significant inhibitory effect on liver cancer MHCC97 - H cells with dose and time dependence,not only can make the cells density decreased,cells be-come small,nuclear pyknosis,and inhibit the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97 - H cells proliferation and induce cell apoptosis(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Total flavones of Oldenlandia diffusa willa can inhibit the prolifer-ation of hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97 - H cells by inhibiting the growth of tumor cells and promoting the apopto-sis of tumor cells.
