目的:探讨中医治疗及护理对小儿轮状病毒肠炎治疗效果的影响. 方法:选择我院2011 年4月~2013 年4 月收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿100例,随机等分为观察组和对照组. 两组均给予补液、纠正电解质紊乱及调节酸碱平衡等,并根据患儿的具体情况及时给予止吐、退热等对症治疗,观察组加用中医治疗及护理. 观察两组患儿的治疗效果、平均止泻时间、住院时间. 结果:观察组患儿疗效优于对照组(P<0. 05),平均止泻时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0. 05). 结论:中医治疗及护理对小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效好,可缩短病程,提高治疗效果.

Objective:To explore the effect of treatment and nursing care for children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods:April 2011-April 2013 100 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,two groups were given rehydration and correction of elec-trolyte imbalance and adjusting the acid base balance,and timely antiemetic,fever and other symptomatic treatment according to the specific situation of chil-dren. observation group with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on the normal nursing. The total effect was observed of two groups. Re-sults:The total efficiency of observation group was better than the control group (P<0. 05). Antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing intervention for the treatment of rotavirus enteritis have good efficacy,could shorten the course and improve efficiency.
