目的:探讨锁定钢板结合微创经皮接骨板置入在C型Pilon骨折中的疗效及安全性。方法统计分析2012年1月—2014年1月收治的25例C型Pilon骨折患者的临床资料。结果 AO/OTA C1组和AO/OTA C 2组固定后踝关节功能恢复优良率100%(9/9)、90.9%(10/11),均明显比AO/OTA C 3组60%(3/5)高(P<0.05),但AO/OTA C 1组和AO/OTA C 2组固定后踝关节功能恢复优良率之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);开放性骨折与闭合性骨折临床功能恢复优良率80%(4/5)、85%(17/20),差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论锁定钢板结合微创经皮接骨板置入在C型Pilon骨折中安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of locking plate combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation in C type Pilon fractures. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014, 25 cases of Pilon type C fractures were analyzed. Results After fixation of Ao group C1 and AO/OTA C2 groups the excellent and good rate was 100% (9/9), 90.9% (10/11), ankle joint function restore were significantly than AO C3 group were 60% (3/5) high (P<0.05), but between group C1 and AO/OTA C2 groups there was not significant (P>0.05);The excellent and good recovery rate was 80% (4/5), 85% (17/20) of open fracture and closed fractures the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Locking plate combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation in C type Pilon fractures is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
