目的：探讨改良髌三联术治疗复发性髌骨脱位的临床疗效。方法采用髌三联术治疗复发性髌骨脱位12例。结果随访16个月，无一例复发髌骨脱位。术前及术后Lysholm 膝关节评分有统计学意义。结论改良髌三联术能够有效治疗复发性髌骨脱位并恢复膝关节功能。
목적：탐토개량빈삼련술치료복발성빈골탈위적림상료효。방법채용빈삼련술치료복발성빈골탈위12례。결과수방16개월，무일례복발빈골탈위。술전급술후Lysholm 슬관절평분유통계학의의。결론개량빈삼련술능구유효치료복발성빈골탈위병회복슬관절공능。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified patellar triple surgery treatment on recurrent dislocation of the patella. Methods 12 cases with recurrent patellar dislocation were treated by modified patellar triple surgery treatment. Results The patients were followed up for 16 months, with no recurrence of patellar dislocation. Preoperative and postoperative Lysholm knee score was statistically significant. Conclusion The modified patellar triple surgery treatment can effectively treat recurrent patellar dislocation and restore knee function.
