The massive statistical data indicates that the human errors has become a major contributor in pressure vessel manufacturing and it has been an urgent task that how the operators errors should be controlled and reduced .Based on the second generation of human reliability method-CREAM and in accordance with the methodology of FTA ,the procedure of manufacturing is analyzed ,organizational management and panel assessment approach is introduced to conduct evaluations on human performance and furthermore ,a new approach to control human errors ,especially in the manufacturing field is put forward .
