针对大吨位组合夹头使用状态,利用有限元法,在钢丝绳拉力试验和标定传感器两种工况下,对组合夹头进行可靠性分析。通过对组合夹头强度和刚度分析得出,箱体和拉紧螺栓整体强度满足要求,但局部应力过大,箱体局部结构需要优化。夹具体和压块强度不能满足要求,可通过选用优良材料等方法改善。
針對大噸位組閤夾頭使用狀態,利用有限元法,在鋼絲繩拉力試驗和標定傳感器兩種工況下,對組閤夾頭進行可靠性分析。通過對組閤夾頭彊度和剛度分析得齣,箱體和拉緊螺栓整體彊度滿足要求,但跼部應力過大,箱體跼部結構需要優化。夾具體和壓塊彊度不能滿足要求,可通過選用優良材料等方法改善。

Based on the use state of large tonnage combination chuck ,finite element method is applied to conduct reliability analyses on the combination chuck under conditions of tension test of steel wire rope and sensor calibration .Through analysis of a combination chuck strength and stiffness ,it is found that the box and the bolt to meet the strength requirements ,but lo-cal stress is too large and local structure of the box needs to be optimized .Strength of the clamp body and briquetting cannot meet the requirements and it can be improved by selection of fine materials .
