为研究玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料韧性的影响,选用AC-13 C和SMA-13两种混合料,使用UTM-25试验机对添加纤维前后的马歇尔试件进行间接拉伸试验;通过扫描电镜对纤维沥青混合料进行微观观测,分析纤维对混合料韧性的影响及增韧机理. 试验结果表明:掺加玄武岩纤维对混合料的韧性指标有较大幅度提高,改善了混合料的抗开裂性能;纤维在沥青混合料中形成三维网状结构,且与沥青间有良好的粘结能力,使得裂纹扩展时的能量释放率减少从而延缓裂缝的扩展.

In order to study the toughness of asphalt mixture affected by basalt fiber,AC-13C and SMA-13 are selected,and Marshall specimens are chosen to do the indirect stretching tests by using the UTM-25 test machine. Based on the microscopic observation of fiber asphalt mixture by using scanning electron microscopy,the influence and toughening mechanism of mixtures affected by fiber are analyzed. The results show that mixture's toughness index increases greatly by adding the basalt fiber,and also the anti-cracking performance of the mixtures are improved. Fiber forms a three-dimensional network structure in the asphalt mixture and has a good cohesive force with the asphalt, which makes the energy release rate be reduced and the extension of cracks be delayed.
