多媒体技术对于提高高校教学具有积极的作用,但如果仅仅重视数量而不重视质量并且过分依赖和不合理使用,会对教师的教学能力成长带来负面影响.高校应加大对教师培养力度,让教师正确认识多媒体技术;做好对多媒体教学的指导;建立和完善教师教学奖惩激励机制;加强多媒体制作师资队伍建设,促进教师间关于多媒体教学的交流.
