目的:探讨舒康博水凝胶敷料在防治老年患者PICC导管性静脉炎中的应用效果. 方法:选择2013年1~12月我院老年病科、肿瘤科、血液科等PICC后发生导管性静脉炎的老年患者90例,将其随机等分成试验组和对照组,对照组患者采用多磺酸黏多糖乳膏(喜疗妥)外涂方式,试验组患者采用舒康博水凝胶敷料外贴方式. 比较两组患者在采取不同措施后第2 ,5 ,7 天的病痛症状及疗效. 结果:试验组患者第2 ,5 ,7天疗效优于对照组(P<0.05). 治疗后第2,5,7天,试验组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05). 结论:预防、治疗老年患者PICC置入导管性静脉炎,采用舒康博水凝胶敷料可以有效缓解病痛症状,疗效更优.

Objective:To study the effect of suprasorb hydrogel dressing on prevention elderly patients with PICC catheter phlebitis of their achievements. Methods:90 cases of elderly patients catheter phlebitis with choose the year 2013 our hospital department of geriatrics,department of oncology,department of hematology and department take the placement of PICC measures,it will be randomly divided into control group and experimental group the experimental group with Shu Compro hydrogel dressing posted outside the way;while the control group treated by multi sulfonic acid clay polysaccharide ( Hirudoid cream coated way). The pain symptoms and curative effect were detected,recording two groups of patients with different measures adopted after 2,5,7 days. Re-sults:The effect of experimental group was better than the control group (P<0. 05),and the pain score was lower than the control group (P<0. 05). Con-clusion:Prevention,treatment of elderly patients with PICC catheter phlebitis,using suprasorb hydrogel dressing can effectively alleviate the pain symptom, better effect,high clinical application value.
