本文基于扎根理论,运用三级编码的方法,对收集到访谈资料进行了科学严谨的分析处理,提取了重要概念和范畴,最终提炼出旅游本科职业院校的教师教学能力.这些能力包括基本素养、核心教学能力、拓展教学能力.其中基本素养包括师德素养、仁爱素养、行为素养、语言素养、心理素养、学习素养、表演素养等方面;核心教学能力包括专业教学能力(核心专业知识的积累、辅助教育知识的积累、教学资源整合能力、教学设计与实施能力、教学内容驾驭能力、教学组织与监控能力以及教学评估和修正能力)、实践教学能力(市场洞察力、实践经验、企业锻炼)、科研教学能力(科学研究能力、科技创新能力和教学创新能力);拓展教学能力包括科学创造能力、成果转化能力和服务地方经济能力等.

Based on the grounded theory, using three encoding method, this paper scientiifcally analyzed the data which was collected from interviews and processed, extracting key concepts and categories, ultimately extracted the teaching abilities which were mastered by teachers in the tourism undergraduate vocational colleges. These abilities include basic literacy, core teaching abilities, expanded teaching abilities; the basic literacy include morality literacy, love literacy, behavior literacy, language literacy, psychological literacy, learning literacy, and performance literacy. The core teaching abilities include professional teaching abilities (ability to accumulate core expertise ,ability to accumulate knowledge of supplementary education, ability to integrate teaching resources, ability to design and implement education, ability to control the teaching content, ability to organize and monitor education as well as ability to evaluate and correct teaching),practical teaching abilities (market insight, experience, business training) , research abilities (scientific research ability, technological innovation ability and teaching innovation ability).The expanded teaching abilities including scientific creating ability, achievement transforming ability and serving the local economy ability.
