为得出阿戛煤矿煤炭低温自燃气体产生的规律,更好地为井下防灭火措施提供救灾决策依据,通过模拟实验系统进行了煤的程序升温实验,分析了煤自燃过程中各种气体的产生特征,确定了阿戛煤矿九煤层的煤自燃指标气体。研究结果表明,随煤温的升高,CO表现出较为明显的规律性,能够很好地表征煤的自燃氧化过程,温度达到160℃时,C2 H4浓度会突然增大,随着温度升高其浓度增加的幅度逐渐增大,且不受环境的影响,可以将CO ,C2H4作为煤炭自燃氧化的主要指标气体,同时,CH4、C2H6、C2H4/C2H6值、ΔCO/ΔO2值、O2可作为煤炭自燃辅助预警指标。

To obtain the laws of index gases production during low-temperature oxidation stage of coal in A’JIA mine and provide better foundation for rescue decision in coal mine ,experiments have been completed according to the simulation ex-periment system .Characteristics of gases generated in the process of coal self-ignition are analyzed and index gases of coal self-ignition in A’ JIA mine are confirmed .The research results show that:with the increase of coal temperature ,CO shows obvious regularity and it can explain the whole process of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation .When the tempera-ture reaches 160 ℃ ,the concentration of C2 H4 will increase abruptly ;with the increase of coal temperature ,concentration of C2 H4 increases gradually and it will not be affected by the environment .Therefore ,CO and C2 H4 can be seen as the main index gases .Moreover ,CH4 ,C2 H6 ,the value of C2 H4/C2 H6 and ΔCO/ΔO2 ,as well as O2 can be seen as auxiliary index gases for coal spontaneous combustion oxidation .
